The following are the Diocesan prayer items for the week beginning Sunday 25th August 2019:
1. Thanksgiving
• We thank the Lord for the laity in our Diocese, who are committed to the mission and ministry of the Church. We praise God for all our ATI students, who have committed their lives to serve God and to be equipped for the ministry.
2. Intercession
a) Praying for the Diocese family
• Pray for Misi Daerah Roh Kudus, Minusoh – Rev. Fredoline Bin Babia and family, Rev. Winson Susir and family, evangelists and staff, that the Lord will supply all their needs beyond their imagination
o Pray for spiritual growth and maturity in giving among the congregations. Ask for God’s grace upon those members whose income has gone down to raise to a new level of trusting the Lord for provisions.
o Ask the Lord to supply the needed resource for all development projects which include, the repair of the roof of the priest’s house, staff quarters and also training of staffs.
• Remember the BM Lay Reader Training (LPA) from 17-19 September in Telupid. Pray for the organizers for smooth running of the LPA. Pray for the participants to be equipped for the service of the Lord and for lives to be impacted and transformed.
b) Praying for the Province
• Let us seek the Lord’s guidance and leading in the coming Extraordinary Provincial Synod from 23-25 September in Kuching, as the Province comes together to elect the next Archbishop for a term of 4 years. Also remember the Province as the Provincial Synod will also deliberate on the creation of new dioceses within the Diocese of West Malaysia.
c) Praying for the sick
• Praying for healing for all those who are in need of healing in our congregations, spirit, soul or body.
d) Praying for the nations
• Pray for revival to come to the Church and the nation of Malaysia.
• Pray for the State of Johore:

if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
o Pray for the Sultan (Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar Al-Haj) and the Menteri Besar (Dato’ Dr. Sahruddin bin Jamal) of Johore, that God will give them hearts of integrity and hands of skill (Psalm 78:72) as they lead Johoreans into greater growth
o The strained relationship between Singapore and Malaysia cause by recent issue (e.g. maritime and airspace territorial disputes, Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System, KL-Singapore High-Speed Rail project, etc.) has caused damage to the economy of Johor to a certain extent. Pray that mutual agreement will be reached with a win-win situation for both parties
• Pray for racial and religious harmony. Ask the Lord to protect this nation from the divisive scheme of the enemy. Resist the works of the devil to “divide and rule”. Pray for unity and mutual respect among the people of this nation
• Pray for revival and healing to come to East Asia, focusing on China and Hong Kong – pray for protection over China and Hong Kong against the scheme and deception of the enemy. Pray for hearts to be open to the gospel.
BAHASA MALAYSIA
Berikut adalah bahan doa bagi minggu yang bermula pada hari minggu, 25hb Ogos 2019:
1. Kesyukuran
• Kami mengucap syukur kepada TUHAN untuk kaum awam dalam Diosis yang berkomitmen pada misi dan pelayanan Gereja. Kami memuji TUHAN untuk semua pelajar ATI yang telah memberikan hidup mereka untuk melayani TUHAN dan diperlengkapkan untuk pelayanan
2. Doa Syafaat
a. Berdoa untuk keluarga Diosis
• Berdoa untuk Misi Daerah Roh Kudus, Minusoh – Rev. Fredoline Bin Babia dan keluarga, Rev. Winson Susir dan keluarga, semua penginjil dan staf, agar TUHAN akan memenuhi semua keperluan mereka melampaui imajinasi mereka
i. Berdoa untuk pertumbuhan dan kematangan dalam memberi di kalangan jemaat. Memohon rahmat Allah untuk beserta dengan jemaat yang pendapatannya menurun untuk ditingkatkan ke tahap baru dalam mempercayai TUHAN untuk pembekalan
ii. Memohon TUHAN untuk membekalkan semua sumber yang diperlukan untuk semua projek pembangunan, yang termasuk, pembaikan bumbung rumah paderi, kuarters staf dan juga latihan staf
• Berdoa untuk Latihan Pemimpin Awam yang akan diadakan pada September 17-19 di Telupid. Berdoa untuk aturan LPA yang lancar. Berdoa untuk semua peserta agar mereka akan diperlengkapkan untuk pelayanan TUHAN dan hidup mereka akan diimpak dan diubah
b. Berdoa untuk Provinsi
• Mari kita cari bimbingan dan pimpinan TUHAN untuk Sinode Provinsi Luar Biasa yang akan diadakan di Kuching pada September 23-25, dimana Provinsi akan berhimpun untuk memilih Archbishop seterusnya untuk jangka masa 4 tahun. Berdoa untuk Provinsi di mana Sinode Provinsi juga akan membincangkan pembentukan Diosis baru dalam Diosis Semenanjung Malaysia
c. Berdoa untuk mereka yang sakit
• Berdoa untuk semua orang yang memerlukan penyembuhan dalam roh, jiwa dan tubuh di kalangan jemaah kita
d. Berdoa untuk negara
• Berdoa agar kebangkitan rohani akan datang ke dalam Gereja dan negara Malaysia
• Berdoa untuk Negeri Johor

dan umat-Ku, yang atasnya nama-Ku disebut, merendahkan diri, berdoa dan mencari wajah-Ku, lalu berbalik dari jalan-jalannya yang jahat, maka Aku akan mendengar dari sorga dan mengampuni dosa mereka, serta memulihkan negeri mereka.
i. Berdoa untuk Sultan (Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar Al-Haj) dan Menteri Besar Johor (Dato’ Dr. Sahruddin bin Jamal), agar TUHAN memberi mereka hati yang berintegriti dan tangan yang berkemahiran (Mazmur 78:72) sepanjang mereka memimpin rakyat Johor ke pertumbuhan yang lebih pesat
ii. Hubungan yang tegang di antara Singapura dan Malaysia yang disebabkan oleh isu-isu baru-bartu ini (contohnya, pertikaian wilayah maritime dan ruang udara, Sistem Transit Rapid Johor Bahru-Singapura, projek Keretapi Berkelajuan Tinggi KL-Singapura, dll.) telah mengakibatkan kerosakan tertentu ke atas ekonomi di Johor. Berdoa agar persetujuan bersama akan dicapai dengan situasi menang-menang bagi kedua-dua pihak
• Berdoa untuk keharmonian kaum dan agama. Memohon TUHAN untuk melindungi negara ini daripada skema perpecahan musuh. Menentang semua kerja iblis untuk “pecah dan perintah”. Berdoa untuk kesatuan dan saling menghormati di kalangan rakyat negara ini
• Berdoa agar kebangkitan rohani dan penyembuhan akan datang ke dalam Asia Timur, fokus pada China dan Hong Kong – berdoa untuk perlindungan ke atas China dan Hong Kong terhadap skema dan penipuan musuh. Berdoa agar hati mereka terbuka kepada injil

1. 感恩
• 为了我们教区的平信徒对于宣教和教会事工的委身感谢主。我们也为了所有ATI学生赞美神，因着他们把自己的生命委身于侍奉神并且为了事工而接受装备。
2. 代祷
a) 为教区大家庭祷告
• 为宣教区 Roh Kudus, Minusoh 祷告 – Fredoline Bin Babia 牧师和家人，Winson Susir 牧师和家人， 宣教士和同工，求神供应一切超乎他们所需所想。
o 为众会友的属灵成长和在奉献的成熟度祷告。祈求神的恩典临到那些月入被缩减的会友，让他们的信心能够兴起上到另一个层次，完全相信主能够供应他们所需的一切。
o 祈求神为一切正在发展的工程提供所需的资源，其中包括，维修牧师楼屋顶，同工宿舍和训练同工的一切资源。
• 为将在 2019 年 9 月17至19日在Telupid 所举办的国文部读经员训练 (LPA) 来代祷。祈求LPA的一切安排和运作都能够顺利进行。祈求参与者将被装备来行神的事工，生命受到影响和转变。
b) 为教省祷告
• 为将在9月23至25日在古晋举办的特别教省大会来寻求神的带领，随着教省聚集在一起，选出下一任任期4年大主教。同时也记念该教省大会因在这大会他们将慎重的审议在西马教区建立新教区的课题。
c) 为生病的祷告
• 为我们教会里需要得到身、心、灵上得医治的弟兄姐妹来祷告。
d) 为国家祷告
• 祈求复兴临到众教会和马来西亚。
• 为柔佛州祷告:
历代志下7：14
这称为我名下的子民，若是自卑、祷告，寻求我的面，转离他们的恶行，我必从天上垂听，赦免他们的罪，医治他们的地。
o 为柔佛的苏丹（苏丹依布拉欣•依斯迈）和州务大臣（拿督沙鲁丁嘉马博士）祷告。求神赐给他们纯正的心和巧妙地手（诗篇78：72）来带领柔佛州人民迈向更大的成长。
o 新加坡与马来西亚之间因近期问题（例如海域和空域领土争议、新山 – 新加坡捷运系统、吉隆坡 – 新加坡高速铁路项目等）所造成的紧张关系已在某程度上损害了柔佛的经济。为双方可达成双赢协议祷告。
• 为种族和宗教和谐祷告。祈求神保守这国家不受仇敌分裂并让它的诡计得逞。抵挡魔鬼“分而治之”的作为。为这国家的人民祷告，能够彼此团结和互相尊重。
• 祈求复兴和医治临到东亚，特别是中国和香港 – 求神看顾保守中国和香港，不被仇敌的诡计和阴谋影响。求神让他们的心灵敞开领受福音。
