The following are the Diocesan prayer items for the week beginning Sunday 12th May 2019:
1. Thanksgiving
• We thank the Lord for the family of the Anglican Community, to provide us with the opportunity to serve one another and the support structure for mission and ministry to a world desperately in need of Jesus.
2. Intercession
a) Praying for the Diocese family
• Pray for the Chinese and English Clergy, Pastors and Workers Retreat from 20-21 May in Kota Kinabalu. Pray that the Lord will guide them to strategize for the growth of the ministry among the Chinese and English speaking people in this Diocese.
• 29-31 May, Diocesan BM Prayer Conference, Telupid
◦ Organizing committee, lead by Ps Florence for wisdom and strength to make smooth preparation for the conference, registration, logistics, food, accommodation, transportation, water and electricity utilities.◦ Speakers: Ibu Suryani Pantou, Canon Kenneth, Dean Musa, Bishop John Yeo. Pray for protection and health. And also in preparation for their teaching and preaching the Holy Spirit will guide them. The shofar team to be used by God in conducting the workshop.◦ Participants
▪ Spiritually – that they have hearts that thirst and hunger for God
▪ Physical needs – provision of finance, accommodation and food
▪ Protection upon their journey
◦ Spiritual atmosphere throughout the conference, God’s presence and His glory to be manifested mightily.
• Pray for the Chinese/English Youth Conference from 27-29 May in Tawau. Speaker: Pastor Wayne Zhang and team, and BM Youth Camps happening in 3 Archdeaconries between 3-7 June. Pray for the raising up of an excellent generation of youth for Christ.
b) Praying for the sick
• Praying for healing for all those who are in need of healing in our congregations, spirit, soul or body.
c) Praying for the nation
• Pray for Pastor Raymond Koh, Amri Che Mat, Joshua Hilmy and Ruth Sitepu. Ask the Lord to move the government to immediately implement the recommendations of Suhakam Inquiry, to ensure the rule of law applies to all citizens of all faiths in Malaysia. Ask the Lord to protect and strengthen them and their families.

Berikut adalah bahan doa bagi minggu yang bermula pada hari minggu, 12hb Mei 2019:
1. Kesyukuran
▪ Kami mengucap syukur kepada TUHAN bagi keluarga dalam Komuniti Anglikan, kerana menyediakan peluang untuk saling melayani dan sokongan struktur misi dan pelayan kepada dunia ini yang sangat memerlukan Yesus
2. Doa Syafaat
a. Berdoa untuk keluarga Diosis
◦ Berdoa untuk Retret Paderi, Pastor dan Pelayan Cina & Inggeris pada Mei 20-21 di Kota Kinabalu. Berdoa agar TUHAN akan membimbing mereka untuk membuat strategi pertumbuhan pelayanan di kalangan jemaat Cina dan Inggeris dalam Diosis ini
◦ Mei 29-31, Konferensi Doa Diosis BM di Telupid
i. Berdoa agar jawatankuasa penganjur, yang dipimpin oleh Ps. Florence, mempunyai hikmah dan kekuatan untuk membuat persediaan yang lancar untuk konferensi, pendaftaran, logistik, makanan, penginapan, pengangkutan, sumber air dan elektrik.
ii. Pengkhotbah: Ibu Suryani Pantou, Canon Kenneth, Dean Musa, Bishop John Yeo. Berdoa untuk perlindungan dan kesihatan. Dan juga berdoa agar Roh Kudus akan membimbing mereka dalam persediaan ajaran dan khotbah mereka. Pasukan Shofar akan diguna oleh TUHAN dalam menjalankan bengkel tersebut
iii. Peserta
1. Rohani: agar mereka mempunyai hati yang lapar dan dahaga akan TUHAN
2. Keperluan fizikal: pembekalan dalam segi kewangan, penginapan dan makanan
3. Perlindungan atas perjalanan mereka
iv. Suasana rohani sepanjang konferensi ini, agar hadirat dan kemulian TUHAN akan dimanifestasikan dengan luar biasa
◦ Berdoa untuk Konferensi Muda-mudi Cina/Inggeris pada Mei 27-29 di Tawau. Pengkhotbah: Pastor Wayne Chang dan pasukannya, dan Khemah Muda-mudi BM yang akan berlangsung dalam 3 kawasan Archdeakon antara Jun 3-7. Berdoa untuk membangkitkan satu generasi muda-mudi yang unggul untuk Kristus
b. Berdoa untuk mereka yang sakit
◦ Berdoa untuk semua orang yang memerlukan penyembuhan dalam roh, jiwa dan tubuh di kalangan jemaah kita
c. Berdoa untuk negara
◦ Berdoa untuk Ps. Raymond Koh, Amri Che Mat, Joshua Hilmy dan Ruth Sitepu. Meminta TUHAN untuk menggerakkan kerajaan untuk segera melaksanakan siasatan SUHAKAM, untuk memastikan kedaulatan undang-undang berlaku untuk semua rakyat di Malaysia tanpa mengira agama. Memohon kepada TUHAN untuk melindungi dan memperkukuhkan mereka dan juga keluarga mereka

• 我们为着圣公会社区的大家庭感谢主，让我们有机会彼此服事；也让我们能够支持宣教事工并且服事这迫切需要耶稣的世界。
2. 代祷
a) 为教区大家庭祷告
• 为5月20至21日在亚庇市举行的中英牧者传道同工退修会祷告。求主带领他们，为这教区的中英文部弟兄姐妹的事工成长有效地制定策略。
• 5月29-31日：于Telupid的国文部教区祷告大会
◦ 为由Florence传道带领的筹备委员会祷告，祝福他们有智慧和能力来顺利筹备大会一切事务、报名、物流、膳食、住宿、交通、电水源。
◦ 讲员：Suryani Pantou女士、Kenneth法政牧师、Musa座堂长、杨约翰会督。为他们祷告祈求保护和健康。也祷告但愿圣灵引领他们预备大会教导和讲章。也为号角团队祷告好使上帝将在工作坊里大大的使用他们。

▪ 身体需要：金钱、住宿和膳食的供应

◦ 为整个大会的属灵氛围祷告，但愿上帝的同在和荣耀将大大的彰显
• 为于5月27-29日在斗湖的中英青少大会祷告。讲员：张光伟牧师和团队。6月3至7日，三大教区的马来文少年营。为基督的缘故，祈求一班杰出的少年能够兴起祷告。
b) 为生病的祷告
• 为我们教会里需要得到身、心、灵上得医治的弟兄姐妹来祷告。
c) 为国家祷告
• 为Ps. Raymond Koh、Amri Che Mat、Joshua Hilmy以及Ruth Sitepu祷告。祈求上帝感动政府立刻执行SUHAKAM调查的建议，以确保法治适用于马来西亚所有信仰的公民。祈求上帝来保护并坚固他们以及他们的家人。
