The following are the Diocesan prayer items for the week beginning Sunday 24th March 2019:
1. Thanksgiving
• We thank the Lord for the gift of young people and children to the Church
Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, The fruit of the womb is a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, So are the children of one’s youth. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them; They shall not be ashamed, But shall speak with their enemies in the gate. (Psalm 127:3-5)
2. Intercession
a. Praying for the Diocese family
• Pray for all churches who are electing their new PCC before Easter this year.
• 25-28 March, BM Children Ministry Leaders Training, Telupid
• 25-27 March, Chinese and English Youth Ministry Leaders Retreat, KK
• 27-30 May, English and Chinese Youth Conference, Tawau
• 4-7 June, BM Youth Conference – Tawau, Telupid and KK
• 9-10 April, Revival Meeting and Intercessors Training in Sandakan
• 11-13 April, Diocesan English Prayer Conference & Effective Fervent Prayer School (Module 6) – Tawau
• 29-31 May, Diocesan BM Prayer Conference, Telupid
• Pray for a supernatural year of sowing that the Lord will accelerate the work and fruit of mission and ministry.
“Behold, the days are coming,” says the LORD, “When the plowman shall overtake the reaper, And the treader of grapes him who sows seed; The mountains shall drip with sweet wine, And all the hills shall flow with it. (Amos 9:13)
That the Lord will bless us with overflowing of harvest of souls and disciples, even as we sow, we will also reap.
b. Praying for the sick
• Praying for healing for all those who are in need of healing in our congregations, spirit, soul or body.
c. Praying for the nation
• Continue to speak racial and religious harmony to our nation.
• Ask the Lord to restore the status of Sabah and Sarawak to their rightful places in the Federation of Malaysia, that all legal rights enshrined in the Malaysia Agreement 1963 will be reflected in our Constitution.
• Pray for young people in our nation to rise up in a spirit of excellence and moral integrity.

Berikut adalah bahan doa bagi minggu yang bermula pada hari minggu, 24hb Mac 2019:
1. Kesyukuran
• Kami bersyukur kepada TUHAN kerana mengurniai Gereja belia dan kanak-kanak.
Mazmur 127:3-5
Sesungguhnya, anak-anak lelaki adalah milik pusaka dari pada TUHAN, dan buah kandungan adalah suatu upah. Seperti anak-anak panah di tangan pahlawan, demikianlah anak-anak pada masa muda. Berbahagialah orang yang telah membuat penuh tabung panahnya dengan semuanya itu. Ia tidak akan mendapat malu, apabila ia berbicara dengan musuh-musuh di pintu gerbang.

a. Berdoa untuk keluarga Diosis
• Berdoa untuk setiap gereja yang akan melantik ahli PCC baru sebelum hari Paskah tahun ini

• Mac 25-27, Retret Pemimpin Pelayanan Muda-mudi Cina dan Inggeris
• April 9-10, Kebaktian kebangkitan Rohani dan Latihan Pendoa Syafaat di Sandakan
• April 11-13, Konferensi Dos Inggeris Diosis & Effective Fervent Prayer School (Module 6) di Tawau
• Mei 27-30, Konferensi Muda-mudi Inggeris & Cina di Tawau
• Mei 29-31, Konferensi Doa BM Diosis di Telupid
• Jun 4-7, Konferensi Muda-mudi BM di Telupid
• Berdoa untuk satu tahun penaburan yang luar biasa agar TUHAN akan mempercepatkan kerja-kerja dan buah-buah misi dan pelayanan
Amos 9:13
“Sesungguhnya, waktu akan datang,” demikianlah firman TUHAN, “bahwa pembajak akan tepat menyusul penuai dan pengirik buah anggur penabur benih; gunung-gunung akan meniriskan anggur baru dan segala bukit akan kebanjiran.
Berdoa agar TUHAN akan memberkati kita dengan penuaian jiwa dan murid yang melimpah-limpah, bahkan saat kita menabur, kita juga akan menuai
b. Berdoa untuk mereka yang sakit
• Berdoa untuk semua orang yang memerlukan penyembuhan dalam roh, jiwa dan tubuh di kalangan jemaah kita
c. Berdoa untuk negara
• Teruskan untuk mengucap keharmonian kaum dan agama kepada negara kita
• Meminta TUHAN untuk memulihkan status Sabah dan Sarawak kembali kepada kedudukan asal mereka dalam Persekutuan Malaysia, agar semua hak perundangan yang termaktub dalam Perjanjian Malaysia 1963 akan tercermin dalam Perlembagaan kita
• Berdoa untuk anak-anak muda dalam negara kita agar mereka akan bangkit dalam semangat kecemerlangan dan integrity moral

• 我们感谢上帝因祂赐给予教会年轻人和儿童。
诗篇127：3-5
儿女是耶和华所赐的产业。所怀的胎是他所给的赏赐。少年时所生的儿女，好像勇士手中的箭。箭袋充满的人便为有福。他们在城门口和仇敌说话的时候，必不至于羞愧。
2.代祷
a) 为教区大家庭祷告
• 为今年所有在复活节前进行新一届教会理事会选举的教会祷告。

• 为超自然的撒种之年来祷告，好使上帝来加速在宣教和事工上的工作和成果。
阿摩司书 9：13
耶和华说，日子将到，耕种的必接续收割的，踹葡萄的必接续撒种的。大山要滴下甜酒，小山都必流奶。”
好使上帝必赐予我们灵魂和门徒的大丰收，当我们在撒种，我们也必收割。
b) 为生病的祷告
• 为我们教会里需要得到身、心、灵上得医治的弟兄姐妹祷告。
c) 为国家祷告
• 继续向我们的国家宣告种族和宗教能够和谐相处。
• 祈求上帝修复沙巴和沙捞越在马来西亚联邦的合法地位，使1963年“马来西亚协定”所载的所有合法权利将反映在我国宪法中
• 祈求我们国家的年轻人能在卓越和正直里兴起来。
