The following are the Diocesan prayer items for the week beginning Sunday 7th July 2019:
1. Thanksgiving
• We thank the Lord for the leadership of the Diocese, who are committed to the Church, her ministry and the welfare and future of the entire Diocese. Thank the Lord for the corporate wisdom that He has bestowed upon them.
2. Intercession
a) Praying for the Diocese family
• Pray for St. Stephen’s Mission District, Silabukan. Priest-in-charge : Rev. Roy R. Tington, his wife, his young family and all the pastoral team.
◦ An increased participation of men in the ministry of the church.
◦ Effective ministry in the power of the Holy Spirit.
◦ Revival to come to the Tungku area.
• Pray for all participants and organizers of the Diocesan English and Chinese Senior Citizen Retreat from 22-24 July in Kudat. Pray that all our senior citizen will be so blessed by the Lord, that they will in turn bless the younger generation in their families and in God’s family.
Matthew 28:18-20
And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.
• Pray for the rising up of all lay people to be faithful disciples of Jesus and disciples-makers in the family, marketplace, and church. Pray for the succession of the mission and ministry of the Church through discipleship.
• Pray that the Church will walk in the principles of Kingdom Finances, that we will see the release of God’s supernatural financial resources to build His Church and finance the work of the gospel. Pray for breakthrough in finances for the individual and the Church.
b) Praying for the sick
• Praying for healing for all those who are in need of healing in our congregations, spirit, soul or body.
c) Praying for the nations
• Continue to pray the government in the 3 branches of executive, judiciary and legislative will make wise and godly decisions.
• Continue to pray for restoration of all that the enemy has robbed this nation of – human resources, natural resources, financial resources, etc
• Pray against the enemy who attempts to hinder constructive reforms to come to this nation. Begin to declare God’s will be done in Malaysia on earth as it is in heaven.

Berikut adalah bahan doa bagi minggu yang bermula pada hari minggu, 7hb Julai 2019:
1. Kesyukuran
▪ Ucap syukur pada TUHAN bagi kepimpinan Diosis, yang berkomitmen pada Gereja, pelayannya serta kebajikan dan masa depan seluruh Diosis. Ucap syukur pada TUHAN bagi hikmah korporat yang Dia kurniakan pada mereka
2. Doa Syafaat
a. Berdoa untuk keluarga Diosis
◦ Berdoa untuk Misi Daerah St. Stephen, Silabukan. Paderi penaung: Rev. Roy R. Tington, isterinya, keluarganya dan semua ahli pasukan pastoral
i. Peningkatan penyertaan lelaki dalam pelayanan gereja
ii. Pelayanan yang efektif dalam kuasa Roh Kudus
iii. Kebangkitan rohani pada Kawasan Tungku
◦ Berdoa untuk semue peserta dan penganjur Retret Warga Emas Diosis Inggeris dan Cina pada Julai 22-24 di Kudat. Berdoa agar semua warga emas akan diberkati oleh TUHAN, supaya mereka dapat memberkati generasi muda dalam keluarga mereka dan dalam keluarga Allah
Matius 28: 18-20
Yesus mendekati mereka dan berkata: “Kepada-Ku telah diberikan segala kuasa di sorga dan di bumi. Karena itu pergilah, jadikanlah semua bangsa murid-Ku dan baptislah mereka dalam nama Bapa dan Anak dan Roh Kudus, dan ajarlah mereka melakukan segala sesuatu yang telah Kuperintahkan kepadamu. Dan ketahuilah, Aku menyertai kamu senantiasa sampai kepada akhir zaman.”
◦ Berdoa untuk agar ramai anggota awam akan bangkit untuk menjadi murid Yesus yang taat setia dan menjadi penjadi murid Yesus dalam keluarga, pasaran dan gereja. Berdoa untuk pewarisan misi dan pelayanan Gereja melalui pemuridan
◦ Berdoa agar Gereja akan berjalan pada prinsip-prinsip Kewangan Kerajaan Allah, supaya kita dapat lihat pelepasan sumber kewangan yang luar biasa Allah untuk membina Gereja-Nya dan kerja-kerja penginjilan. Berdoa untuk penerobosan dalam kewangan pada individu dan Gereja
b. Berdoa untuk mereka yang sakit
◦ Berdoa untuk semua orang yang memerlukan penyembuhan dalam roh, jiwa dan tubuh di kalangan jemaah kita
c. Berdoa untuk negara
◦ Teruskan berdoa untuk 3 badan kerajaan iaitu badan eksekutif, badan kehakiman dan badan perundangan agar ketiga-tiga badan ini akan membuat keputusan yang bijak dan saleh
◦ Teruskan berdoa kepada Allah untuk memulihkan segala yang telah dirompak oleh musuh dari negara ini – sumber daya manusia, sumber semula jadi, sumber kewangan, dll
◦ Berdoa untuk menentang cubaan musuh untuk menghalang reformasi konstruktif dalam negara ini. Mula isytiharkan kehendak Allah untuk terjadi di Malaysia, di atas bumi seperti di dalam syurga

• 我们为着教区的领导层感谢主，他们委身于教会、事工和教区整体的福利和未来。也为着全体得到从神而来的智慧感谢主。
2. 代祷
a) 为教区大家庭祷告
• 为St. Stephen’s 宣教教区，Silabukan祷告。牧正：Roy R. Tington牧师，他的太太，他的家人和所有的教牧团队。
◦ 更多的男士参与教会的事工

• 7月22-24日，古达:为所有举办和参与教区中英乐龄退休会的代祷。祈求上帝大大地祝福我们的乐龄人士，让他们也能够在家庭和上帝的大家庭来祝福更年轻的一代。
马太福音28:18-20
耶稣进前来，对他们说：“天上地下所有的权柄都赐给我了。所以，你们要去，使万民作我的门徒，奉父、子、圣灵的名给他们施洗。凡我所吩咐你们的，都教训他们遵守，我就常与你们同在，直到世界的末了。” 阿门
• 祈求兴起平信徒成为耶稣忠心的门徒，并且在家庭、社区和教会成为训练门徒的人。透过门训，兴起教会的宣教和事工接班人。
• 祷告祈求教会行出神国度里的财务原则，让我们看见神释放出超自然的财力资源来建造祂的教会和供应给福音上的财务需要。为教会和个人的财务方面得到突破祷告。
b) 为生病的祷告
• 为我们教会里需要得到身、心、灵上得医治的弟兄姐妹来祷告。
c) 为国家祷告
• 继续为政府在行政、司法和立法这三个部门做出明智和敬虔的决定祷告。
• 继续祷告祈求上帝修复在这国家被仇敌抢夺的一切 – 人力财力和自然资源等等。
• 祷告阻止一切企图阻挡这个国家有建设性改革的敌人。开始宣告上帝的旨意成就在地上的马来西亚，如同成就在天上。
